Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Lead with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising across Google and Meta platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in email marketing, paid search, and social media advertising, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, as well as paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to drive growth and engagement.

  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage data and insights to create targeted email lists and ad audience segments for maximum relevance and performance.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and best practices to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.

  • Content & Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and email content that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate campaign budgets across channels, ensuring cost-effective spending and alignment with business objectives.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future strategies. Proficiently use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms for data analysis.

  • Platform & Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in email marketing, Google Ads, and Meta advertising to ensure our strategies remain current and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience preferred in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on email marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing email and paid advertising campaigns that achieve business goals.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making and experience with marketing analytics tools.

  • Expertise in email marketing platforms and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other paid media channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.

  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
